Managing Emotional Eating!
Do you find yourself standing at the refrigerator when you are not hungry? Do you feel "addicted" to food? This small group experience provides an opportunity to understand and addresss emotional eating
patterns. Through discussion and experiential activities, we explore topics such as
healthy goal setting, mindful eating, boundaries, forgiveness, hunger, bingeing,
joyful movement, feelings and thought patterns, and personal power. You can identify
and remove the barriers to maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle! The group meets
weekly for 60 minutes and runs for 15 consecutive weeks. It is facilitated by Amy Borgman. Call for specific dates, times and cost. Most insurances accepted.
