I love life!  I treasure, appreciate and value people!  I am a "Teacher" and, as a "teacher/guide/facilitator", I take seriously my responsibility to continuously learn and share knowledge and skills as I work with both those who feel "hopeless" or "hopeful".

I believe that our "past" does not determine our potential or have to determine our future...I believe in the power of each person to "create a new story" for his/her life!  No matter where you currently are in your life, you do not have to "stay there"...no matter the pain, grief or challenge you may be experiencing.  I believe in "possibilities"...and believe that each of us can "grow through" what we're "going through" in our lives and relationships.  Change of any kind requires courage...and results are within your reach!
